The Tel-Aviv based marketplace, connects farmers, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers, through a single platform.
Shookit local community is designed to support and empower Shookit’s local entrepreneurs, self-employed managers, who manage and lead Shookit’s local fulfilments centers.
The Shookit’s community goals are to strengthen the connection between the local - entrepreneurs to Shookit’s values and increase Shookit’s values and impact on the local community.
We do that by providing the local entrepreneurs with all tools they need to lead and manage their neighborhood fulfillment centers and grow as business owners.
The local entrepreneurs are an essential asset of Shookit’s platform. As the Field Community manager, you will report directly to the IL-Local Businesses Owner Manager and be responsible on the day to day operation, communication and synergy between Shookit and the local entrepreneurs; Everything from supporting the local entrepreneurs with their business needs up to design the community’s culture. With the IL-Local Businesses Owner Manager, you will lead strategic decisions regarding the operational and financial performance and process optimization of the location.

Someone who can work in an uncertain environment and understated there is no such thing as a typical day.

Experience in managing teams and in managing individual contributors.
Self-starter. Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects through from start to finish.
Previous experience in operations, customer service or sales (advantage)
Financial literacy and business operations experience (advantage).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (advantage)
Fluent local language and understanding of local culture required
Fluent English (advantage).
Motorcycle’s driving license with a motorcycle
