Customer Success Manager
You will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

Giving technical support and also communicate with other roles such as region managers, supply manager, and sales persons in order to maximize customers satisfied with Shookit Service and products.
Working with several customer services and support platforms such as Zendesk to cover a great experience to Shookit B2C clients.
100% response in all customer service channels.
Full control over the proposed service, while taking into consideration the seasonality and refreshing the customer's basket.
At least two years of customer service experience
Interpersonal ability to create personal relationships
Basic knowledge in office with an emphasis on excel
Basic technological ability to learn systems
Ability to work in a team
Experience in dealing with international clients - an advantage
CRM systems background
First degree - advantage
